What is the minimum order quantity for custom kits?
We typically require a minimum order of 10 kits per design to maintain efficiency and offer you the most competitive price point directly from our factory.
How long does manufacturing and delivery take?
Standard production time is 3-4 weeks from design approval and payment. Delivery within Fiji adds another 2-5 days depending on your location.
Can I see a sample before placing a full order?
Yes, we can produce a single physical sample for approval for a nominal fee. This fee is later credited toward your full team order.
What file format do you need for our team logo?
High-resolution vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) are best for clear printing. We also accept high-res PNGs, but vector is preferred for maximum clarity.
What types of fabric do you offer?
We offer elite performance meshes for rugby, lightweight breathable interlock for soccer/volleyball, and heavy-duty woven fabrics for team jackets.
